RMS Has Expanded the Shade Range of Its Cult-Loved “UN” Cover-Up Foundation and Concealer

Eight new shades have been introduced to cater to different skin tones.

An editor-approved favorite, the RMS “UN” Cover-Up concealer-slash-foundation now releases in eight new shades, making the product available in a variety of 16 shades in total. The shade range expansion is one that’s seen among beauty brands lately, with what some call the “Fenty effect,” alluding to Rihanna‘s pioneering move of including 40 different shades of foundation when she first launched Fenty Beauty in 2017. From MAC and Too Faced, to Glossier and now RMS, the beauty industry is slowly but surely heading towards a more shade-inclusive future.

The “UN” Cover-Up is arguably one of the most popular products from the beloved natural beauty brand. Formulated to enhance healthier looking complexion, the multi-use, buildable concealer and foundation adapts to your skin tone to mask blemishes and helps achieve a flawless finish. “Our RMS Beauty “UN” Cover-Ups are made with the purest and highest grade, natural color minerals on the market,” says Rose-Marie Swift, the brand’s founder and CEO. “We do not use synthetic color. We prefer natural minerals which make color matching easier as they tend to naturally self-adjust to one’s skin tone.”

Made with nourishing ingredients such as jojoba seed oil and coconut oil, the ultra-lightweight “UN” Cover-Up is ideal for covering redness and imperfections, while moisturizing and healing skin simultaneously. The product would work beautifully with RMS’ Living Lumiziner, which gives your skin the perfect amount of dewiness for the everyday “no-makeup makeup look.”

Priced at $36 USD each, the RMS Beauty ”UN” Cover-Ups can now be purchased exclusively online at Sephora and at rmsbeauty.com. The product is also stocked at select retailers nationwide.
