Benefit Cosmetics Is Donating Proceeds to Charity for the Whole Month of May

Because every girl deserves to look and feel beautiful.

Benefits Cosmetics is known for producing some of the best eyebrow products, including the 3D Brow Tone eyebrow enhancer and the Goof Proof eyebrow pencil. The beauty brand has just revealed that for the entire month of May, it will donate 100-percent of its proceeds from all brow services and products to different charities, including Look Good Feel Good, Dress for Success, Step Up, Girls Inc and the latest organisation, The Princess Project.

In hope of promoting self-confidence and individual beauty, The Princess Project donates prom dresses and accessories to high school teens. This initiative inspired the beauty brand to partner with The Princess Project under its own organization called, Bold and Beautiful. “In the past we’ve collected dresses, we’ve helped style girls for prom, and invited them to our office for makeovers,” said Benefit’s Global Beauty Authority, Maggie Ford Danielson in an interview with Teen Vogue.

Prom is a milestone in the lives of teens and an opportunity to celebrate an evening that only comes around once. The reason Benefit chose to create the Bold and Beautiful program was not only to give back to the community but also also to make every teenage girl’s dream of going to prom come true. ”Prom is a big deal, and everyone deserves to be happy, to feel beautiful, to feel supported, and feel confident,” said Maggie.
