Nike Partners With Nordstrom for a '90s-Inspired Betty Boop Capsule
Cozy streetwear staples.
While the sportswear giant recently unveiled a partnership with COMME des GARÇONS, Nike has dropped its latest collaborative range with Nordstrom, featuring the iconic Betty Boop on items like sweatshirts and jerseys. The lineup is designed by Olivia Kim, VP of Creative Projects at the retailer.
Inspired by Kim’s love for Nike and childhood years growing up in Downtown Manhattan in the ’90s, designs feature a graphic of Betty Boop, with her signature wink adapted into the Swoosh. The exclusive design appears on streetwear staples such as T-shirts in blue and black, as well as hangtags on five sneaker styles.
