Levi’s and Awake NY Rework Vintage Jeans and Denim Jacket
Vibrant prints are patchworked onto each upcycled piece.
Following a sneak peek back in August, Awake NY and Levi’s are finally revealing a full look at their anticipated collaboration. As expected, the duo have reworked some of the denim label’s most iconic pieces.
Arriving in extremely limited quantities, the partnership sees the Type III trucker jacket and 501 jeans dressed in an array of vintage-inspired patterns. Diverse patches are stitched onto the upcycled items, ranging from stripes and polka dots, to animal prints and stars. The outerwear piece is highlighted with Awake NY’s logo embroidered in orange on the chest. The back is a continuation of the design with more prints like green-and-black check.
