STAUD to Drop First-Ever Activewear Collection with New Balance
Featuring a new summer-inspired iteration to the classic 997 sneaker.
STAUD has unveiled its first-ever activewear collection in collaboration with New Balance. The Los Angeles-based brand’s latest range features ready-to-wear styles, bags and a new iteration to the classic New Balance 997 silhouette. Sarah Staudinger, Co-Founder and Creative Director of STAUD, said in a press release:
“We are so excited to align with New Balance on our first-ever activewear collection. Part of our brand identity has always been to create timeless fashion pieces for the modern woman, so working with a heritage brand such as New Balance, who’s been around since 1906, felt like a perfect collaboration.”
The line consists of lightweight jackets, crop tops, bodysuits, biker shorts, run shorts, leggings and bags – all available in vibrant, summer-ready colorways. As for the sneaker, the shoe features a suede and mesh upper that boasts shades of pink, orange, yellow, green, white and black. Additionally, the pair’s ENCAP EVA midsole provides comfort, support and durability. Take a look at the campaign imagery in the gallery above.
The STAUD x New Balance activewear collection ranges from $60 to $180 USD, while the 997 retails for $230 USD. The apparel and accessories will be available for purchase, and the shoes for pre-order, online on May 14.
