Olive Oil Brand Brightland Debuts "PARASOL" & "RAPTURE" Vinegars
The California-based label is known to champion transparency in the food industry.
A brand known for its high-quality olive oils, Brightland has now debuted its first-ever types of vinegar dubbed “PARASOL” and “RAPTURE.” Both are fermented and produced ethically at a family farm in California.
Aiming to be as transparent as possible, Brightland’s founder Aishwarya Iyer ensures authenticity by avoiding any artificial preservatives in her products. The new vinegars, which are seeing a limited release this summer, are crafted through sustainable and organic methods. Fresh fruits are used instead of added unnatural flavors, resulting in rich antioxidants that promote gut health and digestion.
A raw champagne vinegar that is double fermented with Californian chardonnay grapes and Valencia oranges, “PARASOL” boasts a citrusy flavor that pairs well with salads or grilled dishes. Meanwhile, “RAPTURE” is a raw balsamic vinegar double fermented with Californian zinfandel grapes and ripe Triple Crown blackberries, creating a bold, berry scent that can be drizzled atop fruits and vegetables.
You can head over to Brightland’s web store now to purchase 200mL bottles of “PARASOL” and “RAPTURE” for $22 USD each.
