Champion has teamed up with leading global food company General Mills on a limited-edition capsule featuring hoodies and tees that boast graphics of fan-favorite cereal brands such as Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Honey Nut Cheerios and Wheaties. David Robertson, Director of Champion Global Brand Marketing, said in a press release:

“This pairing of our two brands brings playful characters to life on the canvas of classic Reverse Weave hoodies and T-shirts. From Wheaties’ empowering athletic message to Honey Nut Cheerios’ support for heart health, we were able to create a collection that merges both brands together in a genuine and fun way.”

The range consists of two adult-size garments for each brand, along with a fleece pullover hoodie and jersey T-shirt for kids. Each design sports screen-printed cartoon drawings of the cereal’s box, the main character and signature logo. Highlight styles include Lucky wearing a Champion hoodie, the Champion logo doused in honey and a play on words found on the gray offerings that read: “Cinnamon Toast Champion.”

In celebration of this collaboration, Champion and General Mills are helping No Kid Hungry by providing 300,000 meals to children in need across the U.S. amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As the new, unusual school year starts, the duo has pledged to “help ensure students get three healthy meals a day through this partnership.”

The General Mills x Champion collection ranges from $30 to $75 USD, which is now available online and at Champion retail stores. In case you missed it, don’t forget to check out the label’s latest premium Fall/Winter 2020 line.
