Gentle Monster Launches Futuristic "UNOPENED: THE PROBE" Campaign
Serving ‘Matrix’-like aesthetics with 26 new styles.
As the eyewear brand preps for the launch of its Nudake dessert label, Gentle Monster has now unveiled its newest frames through a campaign titled “UNOPENED: THE PROBE.” Sticking to its signature futuristic theme, the neon green-colored visuals feature a robotic structure alongside the models.
The 26 new glasses and sunglasses are each given “human” names such as “Rick,” “Gabee,” “Linda” and “Dasha.” Frames range from retro-style acetate options to cat-eye silhouettes. Standouts include the “Dua OL1,” which is a translucent green design with tinted blue lenses, as well as “Chilly Chilly 02,” a more eccentric style for a statement-making look.
As for the campaign, Gentle Monster showcases its very own alternate universe, where “THE PROBE” accentuates the bizarre world. Having made its debut digitally, a real-life version of the robotic structure is set to be unveiled soon via Gentle Monster’s stores.
