These Sheets of Dehydrated Body Wash Will Dissolve in Your Shower
Meet Plus, a new eco-friendly personal care label offering dissolvable packaging, leaving zero waste behind.
Julie Schott and Brian Bordainick, the creatives behind cult-loved beauty label Starface, alongside Cathryn Woodruff, are now launching a sustainable personal care brand dubbed Plus. The new project arrives with an innovative no-bottle body wash that fully dissolves in the shower, leaving no trace at all.
The launch takes influence from the fact that traditional body wash is mostly made with water, and that 42.1 billion bottles are used for shipping liquid-based products. Entirely eliminating the use of bottles, Plus offers an alternative arriving in the form of dehydrated paper sheets that will melt in the shower to create a rich lather packed with nourishing ingredients like eucalyptus leaf oil, shea butter and aloe leaf. All you need to do to activate the single-serve cleanser is to run the wood pulp sheets under water. The packaging sachets are also fully dissolvable, making the body wash zero-waste and ideal for traveling.
