Veneda Carter Officially Unveils New Timberland Collaboration
Featuring silver six-inch boots and collaborative clothing.
Stylist to the stars and designer Veneda Carter took to Instagram to share the next phase of her ongoing Timberland collaboration just last month and since then, fans have been eagerly anticipating further details. Initially, the designer shared an image of three colorways of the classic six-inch boot, including chrome silver, glazed “Wheat” and shiny black.
Now, the official collaboration has landed, evolving Carter’s previous collections for the brand, including glazed pointed-toe boots and tall lace-up styles. Featuring the chrome silver Six-inch Waterproof Boot, the collection also introduces a new 14-inch Lace w/ Zip Boot in a vibrant blue and silver color palette. Drawing inspiration from Timberland’s “EuroDub Boot” from the 2000s, the new lace-up iteration is crafted from premium patent leather with a side zipper, EVA footbed and ReBOTL fabric lining made from at least 50% recycled plastic.
This season’s collaboration also introduces four new apparel pieces, each crafted from Cordura fabric. First up is the oversized Veneda Ravine Parka, designed with a double placket, two-way zipper, utility pockets and adjustable waist and hem. Next, the Veneda Vest boasts mesh fabric for lightweight insulation alongside concealed zip pockets and reflective piping. The collection also includes the oversized Veneda Boiler Suit and Veneda 2-in-1 Skirt, which features an adjustable length option. Finally, the Veneda Cross Body Bag rounds out the offering, crafted with a puffed body, oversized piping detail and inner zipped pocket.
“At the time I started working on this collection with Timberland, I was very drawn to stainless steel and chrome furniture, which comes to life in the silver patent leather,” Carter explains in a release. “The inspiration for the tall boot, on the other hand, came from a discontinued blue Euro Dub colorway that I loved. It all comes together with a monochromatic apparel capsule that is both elevated and practical for everyday wear. You can see how the pieces can easily be layered and worn together – something that was important to me,” she adds.
The Fall 2024 Timberland x Veneda Carter collection launches on November 21 in the US and Canada, followed by a global release on November 22.
