- Promotion Description: By participating in the giveaway (“Giveaway”), each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the Giveaway terms and conditions herein (“Rules”), the relevant Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy together with the decisions of Hypebeast Hong Kong Limited (“Hypebae”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Hypebae is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Hypebae with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway.
- Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified elsewhere in the Giveaway). Any persons below age 13 are not permitted to submit any information in any event. Persons aged 13 to 17 may complete this Giveaway and submit details voluntarily but are not eligible to win any prize(s) offered through this Giveaway. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Winner Selection: Prize for this Giveaway shall be provided by Poppi, being one (1) curated Poppi gift set consisting of a robe, GRWM headband & wrist cuffs set, Poppi ornament, pair of pilates/grippy socks, beaded charger cord, plush Cran Fizz keychain, fuzzy CanBag, four (4) cans of Cran Fizz Soda, and four (4) cans of Ginger Fizz Soda (collectively, “Prize”). One (1) winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random selection based on those who successfully complete the Giveaway based on the terms and conditions herein, among all eligible entries received throughout the Giveaway period. Selection is conducted by Hypebae or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The selected winner must reply by email within 24 hours of notification and acknowledge acceptance of the Prize as directed by Hypebae. If the selected winner does not respond or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, it may result in Prize forfeiture. The potential Prize winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release of liability (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). Entry and Prize are not transferable to another individual, and cash or alternative prizes will not be offered.
Approximate Total Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $165.00. - Prizes: Only one Prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Prizes will be delivered to the winner within 4-6 weeks of the Giveaway ending (except where there is delay in prize logistics and shipment arrangement that are out of Hypebae’s control). Hypebae reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize if a prize described in these Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Hypebae makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, condition, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Hypebae will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to physical addresses. P.O. Box address are not permitted or accepted. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the selected prize winner. Failure to comply with any of these Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Online Entry: The Giveaway period is open from 18 November 2025 at 12:00 EST to 21 November 2025 at 23:59 EST (“Promotional Period”). To enter the Giveaway, entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: like the Giveaway post, follow @hypebae and @drinkpoppi, and comment with a red emoji for Cran Fizz or a green emoji for Ginger Fizz, along with the name of the person they would share a holiday can of Poppi with. Entrants may also be required to submit their email address and other details through the Giveaway entry form. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified immediately. Internet entry must be made by the entrant personally. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, residential addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and result in immediate disqualification. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to verification as set herein. All entries must be submitted before the end of the Promotional Period to participate. Hypebae’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.
- Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner’s list. All personal information submitted as part of the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Hypebae’s online privacy policy (https://hypebae.com/privacy).
- Any personal information that entrants share with Hypebae will be kept secure and used as per the Rules and aforesaid privacy policy. Entrants agree that all submitted information may be used by Hypebae to administer this Giveaway. For Giveaway entries and opt-in to receive marketing communications from Hypebae, the Data Controller (as defined under applicable data protection legislation) is Hypebae (for further information, please refer to the privacy policy of Hypebae - https://hypebae.com/privacy).
- Limitation of Liability: Hypebae is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Giveaway. Hypebae assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
- In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Giveaway, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Hypebae with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Hypebae’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.
- By entering the Giveaway, you as entrant agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Hypebae and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of this Giveaway (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Giveaway. Nothing in these Rules shall seek to limit or exclude liability on behalf of any of the Released Parties for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
