Zara Launches Into Haircare With Everyday Essentials

With six new products.

Zara wants to be a part of your everyday hair routine, as the retailer just launched a new permanent line of styling products. The six new products dubbed “Everyday Basics,” consist of hair spray, dry texturizing spray, volumizing mousse, hair balm, curl activator and blow dry spray. The retailer’s official move into haircare comes in collaboration with renowned hair stylist Guido Palau, who formulated and designed every product that can be purchased on Zara’s website.

Palau and Zara have collaborated several times over the years, most recently on a limited-edition collection entitled “Glitter in Gold, Make-Up for Your Hair,” which consisted of two gold-colored products to add sparkle to the hair for the holidays. Palau is no stranger to creating captivating hairstyles, as he’s often been the hand behind looks that have graced high-fashion runways, editorials and red carpets alike.

Palau wanted to create products that everyone could use, no matter their hair type or desired styling outcome. “Whether you want to add volume, hold, curl, texture, or shine, these products are the pillars of a stylist’s kit,” Palau explained in a statement. So curly girls, blowout baes and everyone in between can find a product from the new Zara Hair lineup to help put the finishing touches on their everyday looks.
