Cécred Launches a Line of Products Specifically Made for Protective Hairstyles

The “Protection Collection” brings us five new hair products.

The coveted hair care brand Cécred, founded by Beyoncé, just released its “Protection Collection.” The innovative line is said to feature new hair and scalp health technology that nourishes strands to keep your hair feeling fresh during both installation and maintenance.

All five new products make use of Cécred’s brand new “PhytoFerment” technology. Inspired by herbalism, the products are formulated to improve overall scalp health thanks to a proprietary balanced ferment blend. As for scent, the “Protection Collection” is coming through with a brand new signature fragrance “Nocturne Spice” — which is described as a blend of pink pepper, vanilla, cardamom spice, tonka bean and oud.

Among the five new additions, the lineup begins with the Scalp Refreshing Spray — a spray that cools the scalp while breaking down dead skin. Then, the Detoxifying Shampoo gets rid of oil and dirt without stripping the hair. For tangled hair, the Detangling Spray promises to eliminate knots and tangles while also preventing breakage. Meanwhile, the Oil Ritual is a blend of 21 oils that bring softness and shine to dull locks. Lastly, the Hair & Scalp Balm soothes the scalp moisture barrier — perfect for prepping textured hair.

The “Protection Collection” ranges from $28 USD – $48 USD and is available for purchase on the brand’s website.
