Following a London presentation, Olivia Oblanc has officially debuted her first collaborative capsule with adidas Originals. The New York-based designer teased her gender-fluid line last week sharing BTS shots with brand ambassador Kendall Jenner. Jenner was tapped to creative direct the capsule’s campaign which displays each item in the 15-piece range. To further showcase the line, three young filmmakers used their unique perspective to shoot a series of campaign films shown below.
The sportswear capsule reimagines adidas Originals’ archival sportswear adding a workwear spin to the garments. Blues, reds and yellows dominate the line which includes hoodies, track tops, cargo pants and bold jackets. Keeping sustainability in mind, Oblanc chose to craft select pieces using Parlay’s recycled fabrics. To pair with the apparel we see three footwear silhouettes that are detailed with neon Oblanc graphics.
Fans will be able to cop items from the adidas Originals by Olivia Oblanc line on November 17 globally. The collection will be available online, at adidas Originals flagship stores, and other wholesalers including Barney’s, Dover Street Market, KITH, NAKED, Nordstrom, Pam Pam, Selfridges and YME.
