Bottega Veneta Releases Its Luxury Cinematic Spring/Summer 2018 Campaign
Chic and eccentric.
Bottega Veneta offers a refreshing take on the traditional ad campaign and instead, the luxury, Italian fashion house decided to produce cinematic films, featuring its Spring/Summer 2018 collection. Reflections will be a six-part series following the brand’s pillars of mystery, sophistication, architecture, sensuality and surrealism.
To start the series is Miraggio, directed by Fabien Baron and shot by Academy Award-nominated cinematographer Philippe Le Sourd. The short film features models Vittoria Ceretti, Aube Jolicoeur and Janis Ancens in colorful and intricate looks. Sirens wail while a car – on fire – rolls down the street of a ghost town.
In a statement released by the brand’s Creative Director, Tomas Maier shared:
“We have always told stories about our products and our brand. The evolution of the Art of Collaboration enables us to reach and have a dialogue on his or her terms.”
