Bottega Veneta Expands Its Fragrance Universe With 10 New Scents
Introducing the “Alta” collection.
Bottega Veneta has launched its “Alta” fragrance collection, which includes ten new Eau de Parfum scents. As the follow-up to its Venetian heritage-inspired debut collection, the new perfumes attempt to explore Italy’s relationship with the rest of the world. According to the brand, each fragrance spans a different mood or moment — ranging from light and citrusy to dark and resinous.
The collection is built around what Bottega Veneta calls the “Intrecciato duo” — a pairing of one Italian ingredient with one sourced internationally. The ten scents are “Always Now,” “Montebello,” “Balliamo,” “Bare Morning,” “Slow Rise,” “Ricordami,” “Moment After,” “Night Sounds,” “Velvet Steps” and “Crepuscolo,” with each weaving together ingredients from Italy and beyond — from Madagascar vetiver and North African neroli to Vietnamese benzoin and South Asian oud.
When it comes to the bottle itself, the recycled glass vessel features the house’s iconic woven leather motif, completed with a wooden cap and gold ring finish as an ode to Venetian architecture. Additionally, each bottle from the new collection is refillable and comes in both 50 ml and 100 ml formats. The collection also launches alongside a series of bespoke woven leather accessories.
The “Alta” collection retails for $235 USD for 50 ml and $300 USD for 100 ml, it’s now available for purchase on the brand’s website.
