Justin & Hailey Bieber Cover 'Vogue's March Issue – Speak About Celibacy, Marriage & More
The couple gets extremely candid.
Earlier this morning during our morning commute Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were unveiled as Vogue‘s March cover stars. On the cover photographed by Annie Leibovitz, Hailey dons a stunning dress by Prada, while Justin wears shorts by Dior Men’s. If you’ve been keeping up to speed, the two were recently married during a private ceremony after dating for 12 weeks. The feature profile digs deep into the inner working of the couple’s relationship and touches on celibacy, marriage and more.
Earlier on in the profile, Justin admits that during one point of his life he battled with sex addiction. The addiction led him to celibacy which he believed made him closer to God. He also admitted that “a desire finally to have sex was one reason they sped to the courthouse.”
Hailey speaks candidly about their relationship and confirms that things haven’t been a cakewalk. When asked to expand on those details she shared:
“We’re coming from a really genuine place. But we’re two young people who are learning as we go. I’m not going to sit here and lie and say it’s all a magical fantasy. It’s always going to be hard. It’s a choice.”
Justin on growing up as a celebrity:
“I’ve been successful since I was thirteen, so I didn’t really have a chance to find who I was apart from what I did. I just needed some time to evaluate myself: who I am, what I want out of my life, my relationships, who I want to be—stuff that when you’re so immersed in the music business you kind of lose sight of.”
During the feature, Hailey expressed that the couple’s topsy turvy relationship became whole last June. The two happened to run into each other in Miami at a conference hosted by Rich Wilkerson, Jr., the pastor of Vous Church. A month after this run-in, the two were engaged. Currently, the couple is allegedly planning a wedding celebration.
