Ottolinger Drops Charity Capsule With HELP REFUGEES / CHOOSE LOVE
Raising funds for hot water and hot showers during winter in refugee camps.
As part of its Spring/Summer 2021 collection, Ottolinger has teamed up with charity organization HELP REFUGEES/CHOOSE LOVE to create two exclusive sweatshirts.
“As our production is mainly based in Greece we wanted to give back to this country so 100% of profits from these sales will help to raise funds for hot water and hot showering during winter times in refugee camps on Greek Islands,” said co-founders Christa Bösch and Cosima Gadient on the capsule. The organization also helps to fill gaps where larger NGOs and goverment can’t act, supporting everything from food provision to legal support and safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ refugees and unaccompanied children.
The sweaters are 100% wool and are hand-dyed, and arrive in a royal blue as well as a pink iteration, both sporting a hand embroidered heart on the left side of the chest.
