Irina Shayk Bodies the Vintage Pin-Up Micro-Fringe

She is an icon. The moment.

8.3K

Irina Shayk‘s slaying of the micro-fringe hairstyle is one I’m sure would even have Bettie Page shooketh.

The Russian model morphed herself into a modern version of Page, donning the iconic jet-black tresses, complete with a micro-fringe. Shayk looks almost unrecognizable with Page’s dark-defined brows and pin-up style from the poses to the lacey lingerie ensemble. Her look was created for Halloween but can still be worn as an everyday hairstyle. The vintage pin-up style from Page’s era of the ’50s profoundly impacted pop culture and has been recreated and reimagined on many famous celebrities from Beyoncè, Katy Perry and more.

Let Shayk’s display be a sign if you’re thinking of going for the choppy bang cut. We’re sure Bettie Page would be proud.
