Susan Fang FW24 Drips With Bubbles and Beads

Alongside a new Nike collaboration.

Entering Susan Fang‘s Fall/Winter 2024 showcase felt like a dreamy escape. Its collection dubbed “Air Home,” once again intersected at human and nature, this time with a tranquil touch. The show’s aura is vividly described in the show notes: “It includes a human world filled with love and kindness, a spiritual world of nature, an eternal virtual realm, a serene sea, and a beehive.”

Susan Fang partnered with Nike once more to recreate 13 pairs of the brand’s favorite silhouettes including the Vomero 5, V2K, P-6000, Air Max Scorpion FK and more. Additionally, a Victoria’s Secret collaboration was revealed which includes tulle lingerie sets that will be available later this year in China.

Read on for everything you need to know about the show from the standout looks to the key inspirations.

Who: Lola Clark and Nikki Lilly were in attendance among friends and family of the brand.

Where: The show was held in central London in a paired back auditorium which let the set design speak for itself. Bubbles were blown across the runway as models traced through holographic hanging sculptures. Bonus points go to the bubble tea that was offered upon entrance to the show, as a boba on top of the show’s inspiration.

Hear: The rumors were true, Susan Fang’s Victoria’s Secret collaboration hit the runway and it did not disappoint. The collection includes Victoria’s Secret bralettes, panties, sleepwear sets, camisole sleep dresses and outerwear and comes in a variety of powdery colorways.

See: While the garments were hard to look away from our eyes were instantly drawn to the footwear offering this season.  In a continued partnership with Nike, Susan Fang transformed casual sneakers into fantastical expressions with 3D black and white floral patterns. The bags were also developed using 3D printing techniques creating nature-inspired shapes such as a honey comb, waves and ripples.

Touch: Tulle is the name of Susan Fang’s game and we can’t get enough of it. Though there were new standouts this season that left a lasting impression. Embroidered down jackets in a variety of color combinations added volume to the collection. The label’s unique stitching techniques were also used to artfully add stars, hearts, diamonds and waves into the garments.

Taste: Susan Fang is the epitome of femininity in streetwear. Pairing dainty pastel dresses with striking sneakers, the label shows us that dressing with street style in mind is anything but “essentials.” So, next FW season, if you’re confronted with the choice between a tulle fit and your favorite kicks, remember this show and rock them in unison.
