Nike's Air Max 97 Drops in Metallic "Particle Beige" and "Burgundy Crush"
A shimmering update.
Nike’s Air Max 97 is a staple silhouette in every sneaker rotation and following a recent fully-metallic upgrade, the trainer has debuted in two new fall-ready hues.
Arriving in “Particle Beige” and ”Burgundy Crush,” the AM97s have a leather and textile upper with the trademark waved stripes snaking around the sides. The leather panels glisten with a lustrous, metallic sheen that gives the classic style an elevated feel and tonal hits on the laces and heel tab, as well as the mini Swoosh details. Beneath, there’s a split midsole which is white on the upper half and burgundy or beige respectively on the outsole, with visible Air Max bubbles sandwiched inbetweeen.
You can shop both colorways now over at the Finish Line for $170 USD each. Peep the similar metallic finishes on Nike’s Air Force 1, too.
