Nike's Air Force 1 Gets a Subtle Metallic Sheen for Fall
Choose from “Metallic Red Bronze” and “Pure Platinum.”
Recently it seems Nike has unleashed its Air Force 1 in a myriad of finishes, from a plaid-covered upper to a bright “Volt” rendition. Fall however, is the season when metallic tones sweep through out wardrobes and Nike isn’t going the be left out of the rotation thanks to these shiny Air Force 1s.
Arriving in two colorways, “Metallic Red Bronze” and “Pure Platinum,” the sneakers boast a classic construction with a leather upper. The tonal look is given a luxe update with alternating panels of plain and metallic leather that glimmers when it catches the light. Completing the chic trainers are matching laces and branding on the tongue and heel, as well as the signature Swoosh on the lateral side. Beneath, there’s a sturdy midsole in a crisp white shade and an outsole that complements the upper.
