These Were the It-Bags at NYFW and Here's Where to Buy Them
Meet Danse Lente.
We’ve had our eyes on London-based brand Danse Lente, which translates to “Slow Dance” in French, for quite some time. The experimental handbag silhouettes are deeply inspired by architectural and sculptured designs. Most recently, the accessories label has taken over style shots by Instagram’s Director of Fashion Partnerships Eva Chen and more during New York Fashion Week 2018.
Though the brand helmed by Youngwon Kim launched a little under a year ago, the it-bags have been selling out internationally. Two picks titled “Phoebe” and “Lilou” have had a big moment at NYFW. The minimalist “Phoebe” features smooth brown and tan leather while the “Lilou” is an eccentric curved bag with a chain shoulder strap that can be tucked away. It’s available in white leather and a blush-hued calf hair.
Purchase the “Phoebe” and the “Lilou” over at Net-A-Porter, where they both price out at $455.
