Nike Is Dropping the Air Max 95 in Retro "Grape"
A ’90s re-release.
Having unveiled the new Air Max 270 in a vibrant “Grape” tone, Nike has announced it will be delving into its archives and re-releasing the Air Max 95 in more nostalgic colorways.
Next up is the aforementioned “Grape” hue, which has a decidedly retro, ’90s feel. The wavy, striped upper is updated in varying shades of grey and white whilst the tongue and lace loops stand out in deep purple. The unit sits atop a crisp white midsole, with the visible Air Max bubbles reimagined in translucent turquoise. Rounding out the look is a black outsole and purple and turquoise branding on the lateral, tongue and heel.
The Air Max 95 “Grape” is due to arrive at select Swoosh accounts in April and will set you back $160 USD. Get a full look above and stay tuned for more info. In the meantime, check out this minimal Air Max 95.
