Kanye West Invited Guests to an Almost Empty Showroom for YEEZY Season 7

No clothes, no accessories, just footwear.

UPDATE: According to sources at YEEZY, the showroom space actually has a selection of Season 7 footwear on display, despite the absence of apparel and accessories. Additionally, Kim K has taken to Twitter to call out Yeezy Mafia for sharing inaccurate information. She further explains that the showroom “was strictly shoes” and that her Japan looks featuring Season 7 items will be available online soon. The post that Yeezy Mafia previously shared has since been removed.

After unveiling an viral campaign featuring a slew of Kim Kardashian clones earlier this year, Kanye West is expected to debut his new designs for YEEZY Season 7 — at least that’s what we thought.

According to Yeezy Mafia, however, it appears that ‘Ye will not be delivering his new line anytime soon. In a new post, the Instagram user reveals that stockists were recently invited by the rapper-slash-designer to an empty showroom, which was a bit of a shock for everyone. “It was an unexpected meeting explaining that there won’t be any apparel or accessories for Season 7,” the post reads, stating that Kanye wasn’t able to do “what he wanted to achieve with this collection.”

The report comes not long after Kim Kardashian was spotted in head-to-toe YEEZY Season 7, which included unreleased pieces like a half-zip hoodie, hip-hugging pants, an oversized shearling jacket and snakeskin patterned boots. So, it does seem confusing as to what the ”Famous” artist is planning to do with his next collection.

Be sure to check back for further updates on YEEZY Season 7.
