Olympic Snowboarder Chloe Kim Just Got Her Own Barbie Doll
Alongside a whole host of incredible female role models.
Ahead of International Women’s Day on March 8, Barbie has unveiled the latest additions to it’s “Shero” line of global female role models from all walks of life.
This project has previously included the likes of plus-sized model and activist, Ashley Graham, film director Ava DuVernay and ballerina Misty Copland. The 2018 additions are just as inspiring as their predecessors, with Olympic snowboarding champion Chloe Kim making the cut alongside Chinese Actress Xiaotong Guan, British boxer Nicola Adams and Australian conservationist Bindi Irwin, among others.
Barbie has also unveiled a special collection dedicated to some of the most influential women in history, featuring Amelia Earhart, Frida Kahlo and Katherine Johnson.
