If you’ve been waiting for Nike‘s Air VaporMax Plus to arrive in a distinct blue gradient hue, look no further. The silhouette just dropped in a colorway dubbed “Obsidian,” a vibrant, eye-catching mashup of similar colors. The newly released design arrives with a dark blue, royal blue and teal gradient pattern along the upper accentuated with a matching Swoosh. Detailing also features a navy foot cage, heel and midsole. Rounding out the sneaker is the tonal, translucent VaporMax unit on the sole.
The beloved Air VaporMax Plus model originally debuted in 1998 and quickly became a streetwear favorite. Last year, Nike reintroduced the design in an array of colorways; recent drops include “Sherbert” and “Reverse Sunset.”
