Take a First Look at Sacai x Fragment Design's Capsule Collection
Arriving with co-branded detailing.
Japanese label Sacai officially shares its latest collaborative capsule with Fragment Design. In the beginning, the range started out with a run of 20 T-shirts. When Hiroshi Fujiwara approached Chitose Abe of Sacai to print a series of bootleg tees over AA blanks, the project turned into a full capsule of official bootlegs. Featured in the collab are a spread of coach jackets, sweatshirts, T-shirts and New Era hats with minimalistic detailing.
On the coach jackets, off-kilter branding appears in the form of “SACAI/(NOT sacai)” on the front paired with “Approved Bootleg” on the back. Additionally, hidden plaid is sewn on the inner. Lastly, rounding out the range is subtle “Sacai” and “Fragment” co-branding in typewriter font on each sweater and tee in the following colors: blue, green, black and yellow.
