Virgil Abloh Will Recreate His Home Studio for "CUTTING ROOM FLOOR" Exhibition
In collaboration with SSENSE.
Virgil Abloh and SSENSE have teamed up to create a new exhibition that will be on display at the store’s Montreal flagship. The “CUTTING ROOM FLOOR” installation will take a look at Abloh’s creative process and the place where he creates. The exhibition will be modeled after his Off-White™ home studio with a few remakes of pieces that exist in the original.
These contents include shoe boxes, crayons and Abloh’s personal notes and sketches. Memorabilia alongside an exhibition catalogue, exclusive T-shirt and poster will be sold in-store and at SSENSE as well. A launch party with an appearance from Virgil is scheduled for July 2.
