Premiere: Ebhoni's 'Warning' Is Perfect for Your Summer Cookout Playlist
Keep your eye on the rising Toronto singer.
Toronto songstress Ebhoni has released her new single “Warning.” The catchy, reggae-infused track is released in two versions, one for daytime and the other for nighttime. Hailing from the infamous Weston Road, she is definitely an artist to keep an eye on.
The 18-year-old singer has a commanding presence which rings loudly through both tracks. A spirit of independence is prominent as she sings out, “I don’t really need you falling in love, one night boy that’s all it was.” Standing out in both versions of the song is the rich, reggae-inspired R&B beat. Alongside the drop is a visual which thematically captures the spirit of Toronto’s nightlife. Directed by Christine Boachie, the video features a packed backyard party as the “Warning (Nite Version)” track plays.
