Having released a soothing deodorant earlier this summer, Kosas has now unveiled The Big Clean Mascara, the latest addition to its lineup of makeup goods. The volumizing formula is comprised of clean haircare ingredients that will keep your lashes healthy.
The Big Clean Mascara was conceptualized after Kosas’ founder Sheena Yaitanes‘ experienced hair loss from pregnancy. Having realized that most mascara products in the market were filled with suspicious ingredients, the entrepreneur started skipping the makeup step altogether and decided to create her own instead. As its name suggests, the resulting formula keeps the lashes healthy with ingredients like castor oil and vitamin B5, with each coat supporting natural hair growth. Additionally, the mascara features smudge-proof pigments that can be applied using a rainbow-shaped applicator, which keeps the lashes volumized and curled.
Priced at $26 USD, The Big Clean Mascara will be available for purchase soon at Kosas’ web store, and will be seeing a wider release at Sephora on August 28.
