Pharrell Williams' Humanrace Line Expands With Body Care

Starting off with soap-free body bars.

Humanrace, Pharrell Williams‘ brand, is foraying into the body care category with its very own soaps.

The upcoming launch will include the Reenergizing Whiteclay Body Bar and the Energy Channeling Charcoal Body Bar, both of which feature a soap-free formulation. “We’ve spent the last year educating people on how to take care of their skin and adhere to a routine, but we believe that the routine doesn’t stop with your face, you need to care for your body too. Your body deserves its own time,” Williams said in a press release.

The Whiteclay bar aims to cleanse and hydrate the skin without compromising its natural moisture.  Meanwhile, the Charcoal bar gently smooths and refines the complexion’s texture without stripping or harming the surface. As part of the label’s sustainability efforts, the soaps are made of vegan ingredients like snow mushroom extract, kaolin clay and rice powder. The products are packaged in Forest Stewardship Council® certified paper cartons. Additionally, the soap bars will debut alongside the Ceramic Body Bar Dish, which has been bisque-fired and hand-glazed in Arita, Japan.

Priced at $16 USD, $18 USD and $75 USD respectively, the Reenergizing Whiteclay Body Bar, Energy Channeling Charcoal Body Bar and Ceramic Body Bar Dish will release on November 22 via Humanrace’s web store.
