Rina Sawayama To Star Alongside Keanu Reeves in 'John Wick: Chapter 4'
Marking her feature film debut.
Japanese-British pop musician Rina Sawayama is making her feature film acting debut. Starring alongside Keanu Reeves, the artist will appear in Lionsgate‘s upcoming movie John Wick: Chapter 4.
As of now, it’s unknown which role Sawayama will be playing. However, the title is led by director Chad Stahelski and writers Shay Hatten and Michael Finch. Shooting is scheduled for this summer in France, Germany and Japan with producers Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee and Chad Stahelski, as well as executive producers including Reeves and Louise Rosner.
“I’m so glad to have Rina on board to make her feature film debut in John Wick: Chapter 4. She’s an incredible talent who’ll bring so much to the film,” Stahelski said in a statement to Deadline. Meanwhile, the musician took to Instagram to share her excitement with crying emojis.
