Kiri™ Is Changing the Period Game With Sustainable Leak-Proof Underwear

Update your intimates drawer with these sustainable designs.

Hong Kong-based label kiri™ has introduced a collection of durable period underwear.

The panties, which can each hold up to 50mL of liquid, are constructed with four layers of leak-proof barriers with stain-resistant and antimicrobial technology for extra protection. The bikini-style underwear comes in Celeste Blue and Nisha Black options. The sustainable silhouettes are reusable and can be used as backup protection in case of any leakage.

kiri™’s CEO and co-founder Nicolia spoke of the collection: “We wanted to make periods more comfortable, secure and sustainable, so we created kiri™ panties. It is time to say goodbye to the stress and uncertainty of periods.” She added: “Furthermore, despite periods being a completely natural aspect of womanhood, conversations about periods are still considered taboo in Hong Kong. Our team at kiri™ is on a journey to empower women and encourage candid conversations surrounding women’s health and body, one period panty at a time.”

Take a closer look at the different styles above. Priced at $576 HKD (approximately $74 USD), the leakproof underwear is available for pre-order on kiri™’s website.
