Stine Goya Launches First Retail Store in London
Welcome to a world of color.
Cult-classic brand Stine Goya has just announced the launch of its first brick and mortar store in London. The Copenhagen-based fashion label will be opening the doors of its British shop in September, marking the brand’s first store outside of its native Denmark.
“London holds such a special place in my heart. Having lived and worked there for many years during and after my time at Central Saint Martins, I consider it my second home. Thomas and I stood in front of 45 Beak Street nearly ten years ago and vowed that one day, it would have “Stine Goya” on the door. What an incredible feeling it is that that day has finally come,” founder and creative director Stine Goya shares in an exclusive press release.
The space will be teeming with color as it is designed in collaboration with Swedish-born, Copenhagen-based artist and design duo Wang and Söderström, who work with 3D printed elements and responsibly sourced materials. The new store will also highlight the brand’s updated graphic identity as it has recently tapped Spanish graphic identity – designed in collaboration with Spanish design house N-E (Naranjo Etxeberria) to reimagine the logo and packaging.
