This $33 USD Mascara Is the Key to Kim Kardashian’s Infamous XXL Lashes

“Y’all better come get one of these.” — Kim K, probably.

Earlier in my makeup journey, the trend of getting your eyelashes to look like Kim Kardashian‘s was a “thing.” I made a mess of mine back then, but thanks to her makeup artist, we’ve now got the secret weapon Kim K uses on her lashes: mascara.

You may think the star’s breathtaking lashes were top-tier lash extensions, but her resident makeup artist Ash K Holm determined that it was all a lie. That’s not to say that all the time, individual lash extensions aren’t applied, but we may never know. So getting to the good stuff, one fan took to Ash’s comment section admitting her curiosity for Kimmy’s lashes for years (same, sis.), with Ash sharing that in this particular pic and we surmise in general that her spidery look was cultivated with a Surrat curler and Lancome‘s “Doll Lash” mascara. Genius.

It’s always refreshing to know that our favorite A-listers swear by the same accessible yet high-end products we all use. For $33 USD and professional-looking lashes, I will be adding Lacome’s “Doll Lash” mascara to my shopping cart.
