Marc Jacobs Taps Kim Kardashian for Fall 2023 Campaign

Marc Jacobs is the gift that keeps on giving. Following a successful stream of viral campaigns starring Mia Khalifa, Kendall Jenner and Iris Law, the brand (and its Heaven line) is one that effortlessly appears to go from strength to strength. Now, the House has announced a new Fall 2023 campaign starring none other than SKIMS founder Kim Kardashian.
Initially, the sentiment on social media didn’t seem entirely pleased, as fans grow more disillusioned with seeing the reality star embraced by the fashion world, but as the team-up sees London-based photographer and filmmaker Tyrone Lebone at the lens, we suspect that opinions might change. Styled by Alastair McKimm, the campaign was teased by an ultra-zoomed-in shot of Kardashian staring into the lens.
Now, the full campaign has been shared as Kardashian is captured showcasing the brand’s Fall 2023 ready-to-wear and accessories collection. “A fresh mix of tactile textures, oversized silhouettes and polka dot prints, first conceptualized for the Marc Jacobs runway, now reimagined for the everyday wardrobe,” the brand press release reads.
The campaign spotlights the signature Kiki Ankle Boot, which materializes both through Kim’s outfit but also in the form of a large-scale inflatable structure. Elsewhere, new bags like the Sack Bag and Curve Bag appear alongside the classic tote silhouette in vibrant colorways.
