Hot off the heels of its new brand ambassador announcement, Balenciaga just dropped its newest campaign — starring the signature Le City bag.
Celebrating its humble origins which date back to 2000, the campaign debuts the new-and-improved Le City, captured by Inez & Vinoodh and starring brand ambassador Kim Kardashian alongside model Paloma Elsesser, costume designer Patricia Field, influencer Devon Lee Carlson and actors Nicola Peltz and Roh Yoon Seo. Positioning the closet as one’s archive, the campaign sees Kardashian captured in her own closet, while Seo, Peltz, Elsesser, Field and Carson are pictured occupying museum-like spaces.
2024’s Le City bag arrives crafted from Arena leather and draws from archival designs to reinvent a contemporary classic. Vintage detailing lands in the form of original-sized studs, laced zipper pulls and lacquered leather handles and straps. Elsewhere, the campaign spotlights returning favorites like the Le Cagole and the Hourglass.
