e.l.f Cosmetics Taps Judge Judy to Combat Crimes Committed Against Your Face
In e.l.f we trust.
Beauty took center stage during one of sport’s biggest nights, the Super Bowl LVIII, with e.l.f Cosmetics airing a star-studded 30-second commercial titled “Judge Beauty.” The ad took place in a courtroom dedicated to ending “Crimes committed against the eyes, lips and face.”
The presiding judge in e.l.f court was none other than Judge Judy Sheindlin, aka “Judge Beauty,” a fan favorite for her quick wit during her over 25-year syndicated court show run.
The case? Judge Beauty is putting an end to “The beauty offense of overspending on makeup and sentencing the world to” $14 USD radiant skin with Halo Glow Liquid Filter, according to a press release.
The brand took to Instagram to share the commercial writing in part, “The honorable Judge Beauty is now presiding… and she’s serving justice for the eyes, lips and face. What’s your verdict? We say guilt-free glow by unanimous decision!”
