Samsung Taps 'Emily in Paris' Star Samuel Arnold to Improve Your Travel Experience
Through its new “Found in Translation” campaign.
Samsung wants to help improve the experience of holidaymakers with its new “Found In Translation” campaign. After new research revealed that 72% of British holiday-goers believe their experiences abroad would be improved if they could communicate better with the locals, Samsung hopes to address the issue with its new Galaxy AI.
Teaming up with world traveler and Emily in Paris star Samuel Arnold, the tech pioneer has launched a new travel hub to help adventurers improve their travel experiences and apply for the role of “Galaxy AI Champion.” The winner would be offered the chance to put Samsung’s Galaxy AI to the test, planning their trip and capturing their journey, whilst having access to a travel fund and the ultimate tech bundle.
Utilizing the new Galaxy Z Flip6, the winner would be able to use the phone’s Circle to Search feature to identify local dishes and landmarks, while the Interpreter feature would help them to communicate with locals through its new “conversation mode,” which allows both parties to view translations on its screens.
The phone also enables the lucky traveller to book their itinerary over the phone via the Live Translate feature, along with capturing their experience on the new 50MP camera and seamlessly editing using Photo Assist.
“Experiencing different cultures and getting lost in new destinations is good for the soul. I’m thrilled to be partnering with Samsung to allow someone to make their travel dreams come true. The Galaxy AI Champion will be able to throw themselves into their adventures, knowing that features like Live Translate and Circle To Search will be there to assist them every step of the way,” says Arnold.
UK-based travelers can enter Samsung’s Galaxy AI Champion competition by heading to the brand’s travel hub.
