It’s as if, overnight, everyone from A-listers to influencers are deciding to chop it all off and adopt a fringe-forward look. Whether it’s curtain bangs, baby bangs or a sleek, blunt trim, this hair trend is taking over. Last year alone, Google experienced a 150% spike in searches for “messy fringe” and a 950% increase in the search for “bangs 2024.” Some are going for that effortlessly tousled vibe, while others are opting for a shorter, playful coif. We might be getting ahead of ourselves, but it’s hard to ignore. It’s safe to say bangs are the new “it-girl” cut.
