Gigi Hadid Shines as the Face of Rabanne's "Million Gold for Her" Perfume
A match made in fragrance heaven.
Rabanne is entering a new era in its fragrance category, with Gigi Hadid by its side. The supermodel is the face of the brand’s new “Million Gold for Her” perfume, embodying the scent’s celebration of strength, success and confidence.
“‘Million Gold for Her’ reminds me of how Rabanne feels as a brand. It’s powerful and beautiful, with rose, lavender and a salty mineral musk undertone. I love the balance. A lot of my personality has masculine tinges to it, so I like the mix of feminine and masculine elements in a fragrance,” said Hadid in a press statement.
Made by master perfumers Alienor Massenet, Suzy Le Helley, Nathalie Benareau and Loc Dong, “Million Gold for Her” blends sophistication and richness. Crafted from the finest ingredients, the top notes feature lavender oil and tonkalactone for a creamy scent, paired with hand-pressed mandarin oil from Madagascar. At its heart, the perfume mixes renewable rose oxide, ylang-ylang and jasmine. The base is anchored by a mineral moss accord and vanilla bourbon absolute, leaving an irresistible trail. With 90% natural-origin ingredients, “Million Gold For Her” is also sustainable — a portion of its ingredients (like the vanilla and musk) come from Fairtrade-certified smallholder organizations that contribute to enhancing the well-being of women in the area while honoring the land’s biodiversity.
“This stand-out fragrance is distinguishable by its very masculine and feminine ingredients that we have managed to combine into one beautiful creation,” said Massenet in a press statement.
