Merrell and Sweaty Betty Reunite for a Gorpcore-Inspired Capsule
Hitting the trails for their fourth collaboration.
Merrell and Sweaty Betty have joined forces once again, bringing a fresh, style-forward lens to women’s hikewear for the colder months. Marking the fourth collaboration between the sister brands, the release fuses four decades of rugged trail innovation with Sweaty Betty’s activewear.
At the center of the capsule is a redesign of Merrell’s best-selling Moab Speed 2 GTX. Designed to tackle unpredictable terrain in style, the silhouette arrives in two new colorways: “Beige Heritage Check” and “Bracken Green Melon Pink.” Packed with technical specs, each pair boasts a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX membrane, lightweight FlexPlate stability and plush FloatPro foam. Underneath, a Merrell-exclusive Vibram TC5+ outsole with traction lugs ensures reliable grip on wet tracks.
The footwear drop is complemented by Sweaty Betty’s expanded hike apparel collection, created for damp, transitional weather. Highlights include the redesigned Power Hike Legging crafted from water-resistant, four-way stretch fabric and fitted with a pass-through back panel to hold extra layers, alongside earthy fleece zip-ups and weather-resistant Motion Longline Parkas.
The Merrell x Sweaty Betty Moab Speed 2 GTX is available to purchase now on the Merrell and Sweaty Betty websites, as well as select retailers.
