Maison Margiela's Puffy Glam Slam Bag Is Releasing Soon
Crafted with soft lambskin leather.
Last year at Maison Margiela‘s Spring/Summer 2018 show, creative director John Galliano sent models down the runway with puffy, quilted bags. The brand just announced these new, eccentric accessories dubbed the Glam Slam will be releasing soon.
Features on the lambskin leather carry-all include quilted detailing, a curvy shape and a removable strap. It can be worn both as a clutch or from its shoulder strap. This bag will be coming in four different colorways: red, white, black and nude.
Purchase the Glam Slam bag on February 1 in-store at Dover Street Market Ginza, while the accessory will also release at the Maison Margiela Tokyo Omotesando location on February 14. It is also available for pre-order on the brand’s web store. Pricing starts at $1,995 USD.
