Getting into the festive spirit, Chanel Beauty has recently unveiled its holiday makeup collection named the COLLECTION LIBRE 2018 – MAXIMALISME DE CHANEL. This year, the brand’s Global Creative Makeup and Colour Designer Lucia Pica has adopted Gabrielle Chanel’s beloved lion icon as her talisman, a motif that can be seen throughout the luxurious range of products.
Golden hues reminiscent of the leonine color palette are prominent in Chanel’s Holiday 2018 lineup. In particular, we’re eyeing on the LE LION DE CHANEL highlighter and the OMBRE PREMIÈRE POUDRE eyeshadow, both featuring an engraved lion design inside its sleek, black compact. The lip products included in the collection are just as alluring — in addition to a limited-edition ROUGE ALLURE VELVET N°5 shade, beauty lovers could also treat themselves to two new gorgeous shades of the COCO GLOSS lipgloss as well as a stunning lip palette packed with five equally sophisticated lip colors.
