I Glow 24/7 Thanks to This Velvety Face Mask Made From Tree Bark
A gentle exfoliant you can use multiple times a week.
With the temperature quickly dropping, I thought I would have to leave my summer glow in the past. All of the humidity and rain that hydrated my face have been replaced with winds and morning frost. Thanks to Girl Undiscovered‘s Stumbled Across Paradise mask, my skin looks refreshed and is smoother than ever before despite the weather.
Normally, I like to stick with chemical exfoliants to tackle my hyperpigmentation but the ingredients list of the Stumbled Across Paradiase mask had me intrigued. Burmese thanaka serves as the based of the gentle exfoliant. Thanaka is made from grounded tree bark and is often used to nourish the skin and small wounds. When mixed with coconut oil and kanuka honey, the result is a velvety spread that delivers natural antioxidant to the surface of the skin. This mask literally works double time to deliver results that are long-lasting. After fifteen minutes on the face, the mask can be rewet and massaged into the skin to further activate the ingredients. I apply this mask a few times a week and find that I have to use less products for my nighttime routine.
The Stumbled Across Paradise mask will definitely have a place in my skincare arsenal as the winter approaches. Those looking for a new skin treat should pick up the exfoliant from Girl Undiscovered for $45 USD.
