adidas Originals has teamed up with Hender Scheme on a must-have collection paying tribute to three iconic silhouettes – the Superstar, NMD R1 and the Micropacer. Stripping back the sporty silhouettes and recreating the shoes in leather iterations, the pieces are based on Hender Scheme’s balance between the aesthetics of contemporary design and artisanal methods and practises. All shoes are handmade in Tokyo, crafted in the label’s signature tanned leather, as well as a newly introduced color palette inspired by the iconic Three Stripes silhouettes. The collaboration encapsulates “three styles from three different eras of adidas’ illustrious history,” and will become timeless classics that will last you your whole life.
