Take a Peek Inside Virgil Abloh's “PAY PER VIEW” Exhibit in Tokyo

Off-White™‘s Virgil Abloh has opened the doors to his “PAY PER VIEW” exhibit in Tokyo. The display is set up in several rooms of Takashi Murakami‘s Kaikai Kiki Gallery.
The exhibit is a artful commentary on human consumerism. Abloh presents an irreverent take on some of advertising’s most successful campaigns and darkly subverts them. The Sunoco beacon is pictured as a sinking ship and surrounded canvases that are entirely black. He also comments on the world’s water crisis distorting the labels of the Dasani and Perrier brands. The gallery will be open until April 1 so those in the area should check it out.
