Get an On-Foot Look at the Aries x New Balance 990v3 Dad Sneaker

It’s ultra-exclusive.

London-based label Aries only just opened the doors of its “Planet Aries” pop-up store in Covent Garden and it’s already back with more big news. This time, in the form of a super limited-edition collaboration with New Balance.

Embracing the dad shoe trend, Aries has put its own spin on the bulky, retro 990 v3 silhouette which arrives in suede and mesh. Arriving in a mostly grey colorway, the classic sneaker is contrasted by hits of red, blue and yellow toward the back of the lateral side and across the heel. A flash of black suede also sits upon the heel, with the word “ARIS3” embroidered on – a nod to the brand’s tagline of “Aries Arise.” The comfortable sneaker rests atop a slightly chunky white and grey midsole and is completed with branding on the diamond-patterned tongue.

This marks Aries’ second foray into collaborative footwear, following its partnership with Vans last year. Get an on-foot look at this exclusive sneaker in the gallery above – it’s set to drop at the “Planet Aries” pop-up on May 17 and in extremely limited quantities on Aries’ web store on May 18.
