Your First Look at Disney's Live-Action 'Mulan' Remake

Debuting in 1998, Disney‘s iconic classic Mulan is getting a live-action remake 20 years later. We’ve previously seen childhood favorites like Beauty and the Beast, Tarzan, The Jungle Book and more receive a big-screen iteration, and with Mulan set to hit theatres soon, we’ve just gotten a first look at the iconic warrior we all know and love.
The title character will be played by Chinese-American actress, model, and singer Liu Yifei, who will be joined by Yoson An as Chen Honghui, Jet Li as the emperor of China and Gong Li as the villain. Originally set for a late 2018 release, it’s now looking like we can be expecting the film to hit theatres on March 27, 2020.
